On-line courses

The aim of this page is to provide an overview of present day interactive simulation, AI and related mathematics courses.

Tools for Learning Artificial Intelligence

AISpace - The tools on AISpace are for learning and exploring concepts in artificial intelligence. They were developed at the Laboratory for Computational Intelligence at the University of British Columbia under direction of Alan Mackworth and David Poole. They are part of the online resources for Artificial Intelligence: Foundations of Computational Agents. If you are teaching or learning about AI, you may use these tools under the terms of use.

Online Mathematics

i2geo - i2geo or the Interactive Geometry project is a way to improve mathematics education with the help of a computer. With the help of sophisticated software sketches and figures can be brought to life, comparable to what movies mean to images. Although many examples of helpful activities that were created using Interactive Geometry Software exist, interactive geometry software is still not used regularly in classrooms. In fact, many teachers do not know about the new possibilities, or they do not have access to the necessary resources.
