HORIZON 2020 Project Proposal - Partners sought - URGENT reply - Open to Industry/Companies Only

HORIZON 2020 Project Proposal - URGENT reply -
we are looking for a partner to join the Horizon2020 Project consortium to furnish
the whole 3D and simulation activities of the functionality of the process described below.
This call is open to COMPANIES-INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS ONLY

Dear Colleague,

Partners are sought for the following Horizon2020 Project. Partners sought are industrial and or company partners ONLY. Please get back to me on this by FEBRUARY 13TH by the latest.

Innovation Research Proposal Concept
Outline
Under the Innovative research Call H2020- BG-02-2017 – ‘High value-added specialised vessel concepts enabling more efficient servicing of emerging offshore activities’ and under the Coordination of National Technical University of Athens, we are building a dynamic consortium to meet the challenges of the Call. According to the scope, concepts should be developed to a pre-commercial stage technology readiness level (TRL) 5 and should include: simulation, model testing, consideration of the most suitable construction and production principles for small series or one off vessels of this type, environmental impact assessment, cost estimation as well as both the marketability (technology push), and the cost effectiveness of the offshore operations concerned (demand pull). Work should include development and testing of vessel concepts and its equipment so as to reduce costs and enable more efficient operations within offshore environments.
Under the scope of this Call we intend to :
1. Design a Dynamic Positioning Floating Platform–commercially viable- to permanently anchored by the Oil & Gas Rig, to be used as a floating flare gas storage unit.
2. Design all the incorporated appropriate machinery for the FP, to be:
• Power self-sustained
• Capable of receiving, processing to the extend that it would be suitable for consumption, appropriately compressed and stored by its own means
• Capable of getting coupled to the rig for receiving the associated vent and flared gas
• Capable on getting coupled to the CNG carrier to deliver the pressurized clean natural gas.
3. Study the complete business cycle taking into consideration the already designed and preliminary approved by ABS CNG carrier.
Our desktop research has identified that no prior research has dealt with pertinent proposed concept. Additionally our proposal is in line with the “Zero Routine Flaring by 2030” initiative, by which the flaring situation is unsustainable from a resource management and environmental perspective, and actions will be taken to eliminate routine flaring no later than 2030.
Quadrogen is invited to participate, to support engineering issues related to Oil Rig associated and flare gas technology, useful to design system for discharging the flare gas and/or any other associated gas through piping system to the platform.

For more information or interest get back to me asap, before Feb 13th.
Regards
Philippe
