FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT & Call for IPC Members, 16th MESM'2019, November 18-20, 2019, Dubai, UAE

Dear Colleague,

I have the pleasure to announce that our 16th
MESM'2019 (Middle Eastern Simulation and
Modelling Conference) will be held in Dubai, UAE
from November 18-20, 2019.

A preliminary website has been set up
https://www.eurosis.org/conf/mesm/2019/
from where all expanded conference links will appear.
As you can see, we also aim to organize GAME-ON-ARABIA again
in conjunction with the MESM. An email with a call for
ipc members for that event will go out next week.

We are at present accepting proposals for invited speeches,
keynote speeches, tutors plus applications for IPC members.

If you are interested in being an ipc (International programme
committee member) for one of the themes or if you wish to organize
a specialized track, give a tutorial, or even give an invited talk
or exhibit at the event just tick the boxes below and return your reply
by the 15th of APRIL

For those wishing to give a keynote, invited talk or
tutorial the deadline is APRIL 15TH

TENTATIVE Deadlines for paper submissions

- Submission Deadline August 1, 2019
- LATE Submission Deadline; August 15, 2019
- From September 15, 2019 onward notification of acceptance or rejection
